There are plenty of opportunities for sports and recreation in the surrounding area.
They are expecting you:
Promenade Z (a) dravje,
the Uršankovo forest educational trail, the Holcar trail and many others, which you can decide on depending on the desired length and complexity.
Cycling
Head out to the cycling transversal or simply follow the countless small roads network across the mountain, during which time you can get to know the homesteads on Pohorje, customs and habits.
Skiing
In the winter, the Pohorje slopes invite you to try them out. The Mariborsko Pohorje and Areh ski resorts include more than 41km of well-prepared ski trails of all levels of difficulty at an altitude of 325 to 1327 meters. There are also 27km of cross-country trails on the ridges of Pohorje. The ski slopes are connected by 5 chair lifts, 16 ski lifts and one circular gondola lift.From our hotel you can reach the ski slope directly and arrive at the bottom station of the new 6–chair skilift. It takes only 10 minutes by car and will take you to the top of the ski slope in six minutes. Information for cyclists
BIKE STORAGE ROOM
There is a special room in the hotel garage where you can store your bikes. Ask for access at the reception desk.
CLEANING AND DRYING OF CLOTHES
If desired, you can wash and dry your clothes here. We kindly remind you to hand them over to your housecleaning staff by 10am and you will have them ready by 4pm.
FOOD
We offer freshly prepared dishes that you can enjoy in our Verna restaurant. For snacks and accessories there is a grocery store nearby.
EXCURSIONS
There are many cycling trails in and around the hotel that you can explore. Depending on the distance and difficulty of the routes, we recommend that you choose one of the available routes marked on the map. You can also opt for a guided tour. (Information at the reception desk.)
BICYCLE CLEANING AND REPAIR
The Ruše Sports Park is near the hotel and you can wash your bike or have it repaired there. For more information contact the reception desk.
